1. Who we are

The gps.uz website belongs to "G.D.E CORP" MCHJ (Tax ID 307788819), Bahodir street 44, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent ("we"). We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

2. What data we receive

The website has no forms, registration or accounts — we never ask you to enter your name, phone number or other details. Data reaches us in three cases only.

• You call us or message us on Telegram. We see your phone number or Telegram username and whatever you choose to tell us: your name, company name, number and type of vehicles.
• Technical server logs. When a page is opened, the hosting provider automatically records the IP address, browser and device type, page address and time. These logs are needed to run and protect the website.
• Web analytics services. If Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are connected, they collect anonymised visit statistics using cookies. This information cannot be used to identify you. Yandex Metrica also records on-page activity — clicks, scrolling and cursor movement — so we can see where the site is hard to use. These recordings are anonymised as well.

3. Why we use the data

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote; to conclude and perform a contract for installation and service; to keep the website running and secure; to understand which sections are useful and improve the website.

4. Legal basis

We process data with your consent, which you give when you call or message us yourself, and in order to conclude and perform a contract with you.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except where directly required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Anonymised visit statistics are processed by analytics services (Yandex, Google) on their own terms.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and perform the contract, and for the periods required by law for contractual and accounting documents. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time and deleted automatically.

7. Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies to identify visitors. Analytics services may set them if connected. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the website will keep working fully.

8. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, call us or message us on Telegram.

9. Data protection

The website works over HTTPS only. Enquiry data is accessible only to staff who need it for their work.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
