Fuel consumption control for your fleet

We fit fuel level sensors and GPS tracking to trucks, heavy equipment and cars across Uzbekistan. Every refill and every theft shows on a chart, with place, time and accuracy to the litre.

What you see

  • How much fuel is in the tank at every moment, with a fuel level sensor.
  • Refills: where, when and how many litres actually went into the tank. All that is left is to check it against the receipt.
  • Siphoning: the level falls while the vehicle stands with the engine off. It is obvious on the chart.
  • Sensor disconnection. The system records that too: an attempt to fool the tracking ends up in the report by itself.
  • Real mileage and unauthorised trips: driving a taxi after hours, personal use of the company vehicle. That is extra fuel too.
  • Idling and stops: how long the engine ran while parked.

With a fuel level sensor and without one

With a sensor: accuracy to the litre, every refill and every theft on the chart.

Without a sensor consumption is calculated from norms and mileage. That is less precise and you will not see siphoning while parked, but it is noticeably cheaper. You still see real mileage, unauthorised trips and idling.

If fuel is your main concern, fit a sensor. Without it, fuel drained from the tank while parked stays invisible.

Fuel reports

Our MaxTrack software has four fuel reports:

  • Fuel report.
  • Refills and siphoning.
  • Fuel chart report: fuel level, speed and ignition on one chart, zoomable from an hour to a week.
  • Fuel chart with mileage.

Reports export to Excel and PDF, both for accounting and for the talk with the driver. You can have them emailed on a schedule. If your logistics manager is used to Wialon, we will connect it.

How much you can save

It depends on the fleet, the routes and how fuel is going missing now. You can work out an example for your fleet in the calculator on the home page: number of vehicles, mileage and fuel price. We will give a proper estimate after a conversation.

How to get started

  1. The call. How many vehicles, what type, what matters to you.
  2. Quote and demo. We calculate the cost and show you the software, on your own vehicles if you like.
  3. Installation. 30–40 minutes per vehicle; a whole fleet takes one to three days. At our office in Tashkent or at your site in any region.
  4. Training for your logistics manager, and we stay in touch after that.

More about installation is on the GPS tracker installation page. If another supplier's trackers are already fitted, in most cases they do not need replacing: we connect them to our system.

FAQ

How accurate is the fuel measurement?

With a fuel level sensor, to the litre. Without one, consumption is calculated from norms and mileage: less precise, but noticeably cheaper.

Which vehicles do you fit?

Freight and long-haul trucks, dump trucks, construction machinery, buses, refrigerated trucks, agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, company vehicles, taxis and personal cars.

What does it cost?

We quote the exact price after a short conversation: it depends on the vehicle type, the number of units and the sensors you need. After that there is a monthly fee per vehicle, with a discount based on fleet size. There are no hidden extras.

Can I see the software before buying?

Yes. We give you demo access; just message us on Telegram.

Let's see where the fuel in your fleet goes

Tell us what vehicles you have, and we will suggest what to fit and show you the fuel reports in a demo. Calls answered around the clock.

How to spot siphoning without a system, and what to do once it is confirmed, is covered in How to detect fuel theft in your fleet.
