GPS tracking for trucks and freight
For hauliers: where every vehicle is, how far it really drove, where the fuel went and where it stood. Across Uzbekistan, for fleets from five vehicles to a thousand. Since 2009, with more than 15,000 vehicles tracked.
What a haulier sees
- Where the vehicle is now: a live point on the map and the address in words, not coordinates.
- Real mileage per trip and per shift: padded kilometres become visible.
- Routes and stops with addresses and daily totals.
- Idle time: where and how long the vehicle stood, how long the engine ran.
- Geofences of any shape: depot, warehouse, customer. Alerts on entry and exit.
- How the driver drives: speed, time on the move, number of trips per shift.
Fuel is the biggest cost
With a fuel level sensor, every refill and every theft shows on a chart to the litre: if the level falls while the vehicle stands with the engine off, that is siphoning. If someone disconnects the sensor, the system records that too.
Without a sensor, consumption is calculated from norms and mileage: less precise, but noticeably cheaper. More on the Fuel consumption control page and in How to detect fuel theft in your fleet.
Refrigerated trucks
For the cold chain we fit a temperature sensor, and the software has temperature reports.
Reports for accounting and your systems
- Fourteen report types in our MaxTrack software: mileage, fuel, routes, stops, engine hours.
- Excel and PDF export, plus reports emailed on a schedule.
- Open API that connects to 1C or your accounting system, so your developers can pull the data.
- If your logistics manager already knows Wialon, we will connect it; there is nothing to relearn.
The whole country
Our clients' vehicles run in every region of Uzbekistan, from Karakalpakstan to the Fergana Valley. Installation and service in any region: at our office in Tashkent or at your depot.
How to connect your fleet
- The call. How many vehicles, what type, what matters to you.
- Quote and demo, on your own vehicles if you like.
- Installation: 30–40 minutes per vehicle; a whole fleet takes one to three days. Factory wiring is not cut and the manufacturer warranty stays valid.
- Training for your logistics manager.
If another supplier's trackers are already fitted, in most cases they do not need replacing: we connect them to our system. More on the GPS tracker installation page.
FAQ
Do you work outside Tashkent?
Yes. Our clients' vehicles run in every region of Uzbekistan, from Karakalpakstan to the Fergana Valley.
Can the data go into 1C?
Yes. MaxTrack has an open API, so your developers can pull the data and build reports on their side.
How accurate is the fuel measurement?
With a fuel level sensor, to the litre. Without one, consumption is calculated from norms and mileage: less precise, but noticeably cheaper.
What does it cost?
We quote the exact price after a short conversation: it depends on the vehicle type, the number of units and the sensors you need. After that there is a monthly fee per vehicle, with a discount based on fleet size. We work with companies officially: a contract, invoices and full accounting paperwork.
We will price the connection for your fleet
Tell us how many vehicles you have and what you need to control, and we will quote and show you the software in a demo. Calls answered around the clock.
